In general, a Tourist Visa (L Visa) will suffice for your attendance. You might not need to present an invitation letter to apply for a Tourist Visa. However, if it is required or a Business Visa (F Visa) is a must, you probably need an Invitation Letter from the Summit.

To obtain a Summit Invitation Letter, you will need to register in the system and provide TRUE and ACCURATE information as accordingly requested.

  1. Select "Yes" when you see the question asking if you need a visa letter and provide the relevant information requested. Alternatively, you can do it later by logging into the "Personal Center" of your account and selecting "Personal Information" to fill in or for further modification.
  2. When your payment has been successfully made, you can then apply for and download a Summit Invitation Letter to support your visa application. Click "Invitation" on the left menu in the "Personal Centre" of your account (only shown after your successful payment) to download the letter.

If you still have problems/difficulties in obtaining your visa and need a formal Invitation Letter from Duly Authorized Unit, please contact us at dittosummit2023@chinastargroup.com and submit the necessary information below:

  1. Scan a copy of the passport photo page;
