Option 1: Lujiang River Night Cruise in Xiamen back
In the late afternoon, meet up at the lobby of the Xiamen International Conference Center Hotel, and transfer to the port to board the Lujiang River Night Cruise. Lujiang River Night Cruise offers you the opportunity to appreciate Xiamen during the evening from a unique perspective. From the observation deck of the cruise ship, you can admire the night view of Xiamen and Gulangyu Island lit up with brilliant lights. The sailing route links the Yanwu Bridge, Haicang Bridge, and Xinglin Bridge, allowing you to enjoy the fantastic evening views of the Lujiang River. The cruise ship also offers entertaining shows and a selection of local tea and snacks that customers can enjoy at their own expense throughout this one-hour tour.

Option 2: Music Island Half Day Tour back
In the afternoon, meet up at the lobby of the Xiamen International Conference Center Hotel, and transfer to take a ferry to Gulangyu Islet, which is regarded as the garden on the ocean of China. Visit the world architecture expo, including the former British Consulate, the former Germany Consulate, the former Spanish Consulate, and the Overseas Chinese Style Villas, etc. Then visit the Shuzhuang Garden, appreciating the traditional Chinese garden and the Piano Museum, which is the only one in China, with a collection of more than 70 pianos from all around the world. Then transfer back to the hotel.
Option 3: School Village Half Day Tour back
In the afternoon, meet up at the lobby of the Xiamen International Conference Center Hotel, and transfer to Jimei—the hometown of Patriotic Overseas Chinese: Mr. Tan Kah Kee, who is regarded as the greatest overseas Chinese in the world. Visit the Turtle’s Park, also known as the Minnan (South-Fujian) Stone Sculpture Museum. There you can learn the history of Mr. Tan. Then transfer back to the downtown area, and visit the Huihe Stone Cultural Garden, appreciating the stone carving skills of the local people and their masterpieces. Then transfer back to the hotel.

Option 4: Leisure One-Day Tour in Xiamen - Nanputuo Temple and Hulishan Fortress back
In the morning, meet up at the lobby of the Xiamen International Conference Center Hotel, and transfer to visit the Nanputuo Temple. South Putuo or Nanputuo Temple is a famous Buddhist temple founded in the Tang Dynasty in the Chinese city of Xiamen. It is so named because it is south of the Buddhist holy site Mount Putuo in Zhejiang Province. Then continue to visit the Shapowei Art Zone. Shapowei used to be an old fishing port, nowadays it has turned into a popular tourist attraction for tourists and locals. After dinner, take the bus to visit Hulishan Fortress. Hulishan Fortress was built during the Emperor Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty on March 8, 1894, and completed on January 8, 1896. It covers a total area of over 70,000 square meters, and the castle area is 13,000 square meters, dividing into a battleground area, an officers’ residential area, and a back mountainous area. The construction of the fortress is half bunker and half city wall, combining the European style and Qing Dynasty style altogether. Lastly, you can freely walk on the Ring Road, a famous sightseeing road located in the southeast of Xiamen Island. Along the road, one can enjoy unparalleled glimpses of the beautiful coastline and sea of Xiamen Islet. This road winds along the coast for 31 kilometers long and has a width of 44 to 60 meters.
Option 5: World Culture Heritage Tour - Hakka Earth Building Full Day Tour – not applicable for 144-hour Visa-free Transit holders back
In the morning, meet up at the lobby of the Xiamen International Conference Center Hotel, and transfer to Nanjing. Tour the world’s cultural heritage – Hakka Buildings, Tianluokeng Tulou Cluster. With a history of more than 100 years, the Tulou cluster shows the masterpiece of architecture of the Hakka people. Then proceed to visit Yuchang Lou, which is over 600 years old. It is also the world’s only hakka building with the pillars leaning in different directions inside. Then proceed to visit the Taxia village. With a stream along the whole area, the Taxia village shows you a great picture of nature and local life.
Option 6: Ancient Maritime Silk Road Tour Full Day Tour – not applicable for 144-hour Visa-free Transit holders back
In the morning, meet up at the lobby of the Xiamen International Conference Center Hotel, and transfer to Quanzhou. As the starting point of the ancient maritime silk road, Quanzhou is also known as the Museum of World’s Religions. The famous traveler, Marco Polo used to pay a visit to this city and describe it as the biggest port in the world. Proceed to visit the thousand-year-old temple – Kaiyuan Temple. The East and West Pagodas are the two symbols of the whole city. Then tour the Maritime Historical Museum. There you can learn a lot about the history of Quanzhou Port and a variety of boats made in Quanzhou. In the end, transfer back to Xiamen, the appointed spot.
